In-Tense our 1st Preferred Provider

In-Tense as 1st Preferred Provider of the SL! M Survey has signed a cooperation agreement with the SL!M Survey. Bart Kelderman signs a cooperation agreement with the SL!M Survey on behalf of In-Tense as 1st Preferred Provider.

All under the watchful eye of Victor Roggeveen as co-creator of the SL!M survey. The scientific basis of the SL!M survey consists of the recommendations from Victor’s PhD dissertation and the 7 Golden Rules and 14 Leading Indicators of the Vision Zero concept.

In-Tense helps organizations to make an important shift in their Safety & Health Culture. Developing the right leadership mindset is key to let employees feel safe to intervene when needed. Feel. Think. Act .

The SL!M survey as independent and representative baseline measurement, the SL!M Survey provides organizations with insight into the impact of their safety leadership. In-Tense has the knowledge and experience to help organizations support in strengthening that leadership. In addition to SL! M, a Mycelia assessment is possible, as a deepening of the safety leadership pillar. This assessment measures the Safety Leadership Mindset, the influence of leaders on operational safety. In this way, ‘safe’ and ‘less safe’ leaders can be discovered.

As an option, it is possible to measure progress over time with a follow-up SLIM survey. It also offers SL!M the possibility of benchmarking with other organizations.
